the taj or clarks may be considered the best in lucknow but the gemini is the one for value and comfort , the rooms are very clean and "western". and all the great city values surround the city.
you can eat safley and within a block of the hotel for CHEAP (100 rupees or less).
shopping is right down the street but DONT WALK ON THE SIDEWALKS you may step in something or on someone!!!
