***The Hacienda is difficult to find as many streets in the area are not marked. The Hacienda seems to be under-staffed, reception at arrival was not the friendliest-serious demeanor from staff. This is an oasis of tranquility...It's only 20 minutes from central Guadalajara, yet feels like anothe world. The 18th century hacienda has 21st century comfort. It's only a $13 cab ride to downtown and easy to catch a bus also for 50 cents!
