I disliked the mosqitos. The rooms and the yard should be fumagated.Maybe cable tv and an ac would have made my stay more enjoyable. I know that it was very private but I can stay in a hotel and get plenty of amenities for the price of my stay at La Perla. Privacy is only needed in my room. The drive-in movie screen was great for watching the superbowl but again the mosqitos were unbearable.

I thought the service was impeccable, the pool was wonderful. The town was close enough where the night life was. The beach was also nearby. The people in town were very friendly. Myself and 12 family members stayed at Villa LaPerla Negra in August. The place is gorgeous and spacious with large comfortable beds. There is a lush garden that surrounds the pool area.
