disliked breakfast very cheap, and disliked being woken for fire drill at 1:30 am. disliked toliet was not very clean, however everything else was nice. Staff was wonderful and everyone seemed to enjoy thier job. Would go back but not worth regular rate.

My niece held her wedding reception at this location. It was very convenient and the staff is exceptional. the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. we went there a few days before my husband left for iraq to spend some time alone. everyone was very friendly and it was a very clean place. the restaurant was awesome and the food was delicious. we loved it here and will surely go back soon.

This hotel is brand new so everything is crisp and clean. The room was beautiful and felt like home. It made me feel like I was staying at an exclusive hotel. The staff was very helpful and treated me like a friend. The price is very reasonable. I come to Killeen often and will stay at the Shilo exclusively. An outstanding experience!

This is a very clean and new hotel, but they put us in a rrom that was accupied and then had to downgrade us, but charged us more for the downgrade and would not work with us.
