Overcharged and still trying to sort it outI agree with theother post - does not measure up to Sofitel's in other parts of Asia - food was really very poor - (buffet) - to top it off - my room charge was 1049 RMB - which I knew - and I got reciept for that but the amount that the credit card compnay took off was $436 dollars - about 2900 RMB - I have stayed in Green Tree's and ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

3 star hotel with 5 star lobbyI have travelled internationally since 1988 and am truly disappointed in this "Sofitel" hotel.
It is not Sofitel (have stayed in Sofitles in Europe, Vietnam, North America) - this is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star lobby. As part of a group of 6 persons stating for 7 nights, we would have expected better from Sofitel
