We were given a room rate over the phone & paid $209 a night. Went online after arriving & seeing the place & found that they usually only charge $139 a night. No parking, over a mile walk on the boardwalk to the start of businesses, rooms very small & set up like a house. The owners/ managers were very nice when we seen them, but overall I would not recommend staying here.
