Very nice property. kids played a little bit in the small pool, but very cold water. Clean rooms and nice breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. Our room overlooked the gas station next door, but didn't notice any noise issues. With tax, I paid ~$150 for king with pull-out sofa. I would recommend.
