I lived in Kalamazoo and knew a few people that worked at the restaurant. I can only share so many stories that will fit in this space. Being that so many of them are horror stories from customers and employees, I'll share the best one.

We waited for our server forever and when she arrived, we wished she hadn't. I only received half of my meal and we couldn't get anyone's attention to help us so my food was cold by the time I was able to eat. Also, overpriced for what you receive.

We were rudely and coldly "greeted" and taken to a dirty table. Although the restaurant was far from busy, service was extraordinarily slow and rude. There is a very formal feel to the restaurant, but it is pretty casual. The food is good but nothing spectatular. They have a great dessert, its a Banana Flambe. Service was ok.

Great atmosphere of people, would go back anytime I was in town.
