I have been going to this restaurant since I was in high school (87/88 to 90/91), and the food here is consistantly good. There are only a few chinese restaurants I trust in the area, and Happy Garden is at the top of the list. Their Almond Chicken is divine and I get cravings for their Pepper Steak. Their eggrolls are wonderul, as well!OVERALL
