Food is not that good at all. People always mention this place and how they go there, im surprised. There are so many better restaurants in Mexicantown to choose from. Mexican Village, Armando's, Los Galanes are MUCH better restaurants. Try those places insteadOVERALL

I can not belive that I would ask that my steak be cooked well done and I was told that they were not a steak house and could not guarentee that it be cooked well. Love this restaurant and used to go there all the time. Service is very fast. But the last time that I went, we were seated and I was looking at the menu. Across the table ran a roach! I was so shocked that I could hardly speak. I yelled and my friend hit it with her menu. We got up and left and I haven't been back since.OVERALL

Disregard all wanna-be critics rating this place less good. The best Mexican food I've ever had. Tortilla chips and salsa made fresh everyday all day. A big portion for a a low price. The drinks are awesome. A fine representation of Mexican Town. The leader of Mexican Town if you ask me. ORDER THE NACHOS!!!(You will have to share! lol)OVERALL

Please . . . this place sucked! The best? Not hardly. Just americanized slop on a plate. Nothing special and certainly not authentic. I have yet to enjoy real authentic Mexican food in this area. Better off trying to make it yourself.OVERALL

Flavorful and reasonably priced. Agree this is a bit dank and dark - but so are most good holes in the wall. Hello, you are in Mexican town... Great fresh chips and salsa. Chimichangas were excellent and the steak fajitas were tendor and full of flavor. Too bad they don't serve homemade tortillas, but the trimmings and all the dishes we tried were very good. Bring a flashlight to help read the menu, though!OVERALL
