Nice place to meet up with friends. The food was good. Wait staff were excellent.HOWEVER, DO NOT EAT THE MASHED POTATOES. Sorry Hockey Town but they tasted like vomit! My friend ordered the salmon platter and they came with the meal. They looked good but 1/2 a bite and she was gagging.Me and another friend tried them to make sure they were that nasty.....YES THEY WERE. Get FRIES! The are DELICIOUS!

I had a really good dining experience when i went earlier this month. I had an awesome waitress who was very attentive. Food was great and very reasonable in prices. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Definitely will be back when I'm in Detroit.

Hockeytown Cafe

This Cafe is a terrific venue for anyone who is a fan of hockey such as myself! I must applaud their numerous supply of TV's for when you can't make it to the game. The food is great... I would suggest getting a burger and a beer.. but, they also have wings, fried foods to clog the arteries and a few specialty items but all great ...
The food was real good, but pricy. Service was slow, but it was before a Wings game and it was packed. Complimentary shuttle to Joe Louis Arena - cool!

Hockeytown is a terrific venue for anyone who is a fan of hockey. There are murals of players throughout the building and statues of legends Steve Yzerman and Gordie Howe in the lobby There is also one of the first Zambonis ever made. TVs are here aplenty when you can't make it to the game. Parking can be an issue in this area especially ...
