the main thing that one observes is that its an experienced restaraunt. i heard its almost a hundred years old. they have hospitable waiters. slightly crowded, small area. they've got good interior decoration. the waiters speak in good accent and use electronic devices to communicate to the kitchen!
its a bit on the costlier side and is best for special occasions.
