Food was good but not anymore. Quality of food is what determines whether a restaurant can sustain tough times and I think bangkok 96 is going down now. Manager is feeling the pinch I guess and hence acting up by not replacing bad food when there are complaints. PLEASE FRIENDS I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYBODY TO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...poor quality food, bad service, highly ignorant manager

Food use to be good, been a customer for 8 years. Ordered carry out pad thai and bangkok 96 special fried rice. The pad thai was so bad I ate a little and gave the rest to my dog ! The fried rice which is 10.00 dollars an order had 2 small shrimp and not much else. Wil not be ordering for there anymore !!!!!

I used to love the food here and have been a customer since 2005. But lately the food i ordered for my carry-out were tasteless because the sauce were too watery. The shrimp pad thai i ordered was lacking of sauce too with only 4 pieces of shrimp in it and tasted like lemon noodles instead because of the big lemon they placed with it.

Great food - always delicious, fresh ingredients everytime. They do not use MSG! I get carry out from here frequently. I give them 20 minutes before I pick it up because it won't be ready before then. But, quality takes time! Dine-in experience is mostly great. Servers are always nice and hard working. Actual restuarant and decor is a bit dated, but clean.

F*A*B*U*L*O*U*S*!*!*! I LOVE this place! I have tried several other Thai restaurants with the hope they might serve food to this caliber. Bangkok 96 is the standard by which I judge all Thai food. Get there at 11am during the week or you won't get a seat! The wait staff is excellent - quick and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I usually order take-out, but dining in is nice too. It has such a nice atmosphere. The best people, and really good food. The only thing I've ordered and didn't like was the Chicken Satay which was way to dry the last time I ordered it. Normally the food is perfect.

Get there before the door opens

A group of coworkers and I are Friday (or what we call, Thaiday) regulars. Seriously, if you plan on having lunch there, get there before they open for business to avoid the line. This is by far the most delicious Thai in the area. The Pud Thai is most excellent as are many other dishes, but I truly stick to my favorite (Pud Thai.) Go!! ...
First appearance was scary due to the run down looking building but the full parking lot convinced us to go inside. We were greeted warmly and the food was of highest standard. Love the rice urns!

I love this place for the value and taste. Coming home from work, I have driven an extra 10 miles because the only Thai I care to eat is theirs. I have gone to other places people have recommended, but this one is still tops on my list.
