We used to live in the area and would eat at this Big Boy quite often. Since we've moved, we try to come here whenever we are in the area. Yes, kids are here: it's a family restarant. And yes there's a lot of traffic because they have a lot of customers. The staff is wonderful and management keeps everything neat ,clean & moving smoothly. Keep up the good work.

Annoying mall brats, lots of traffic make this place appaling. However, the manager was very nice. Nothing out of the ordinary. Food was okay, though I think Big Boy's Hall Rd, and Moravian locations do better with the food. I found this to be one of the better Big Boys I've been to. The staff were very friendly and respondsive to my needs. The food on the buffet was hot and replenished.

This is the nicest Big Boy around. My mom, step-dad, and grandmother all come here from Waterford for their food, and the Big Boy in Waterford is probably the next best one in the area! The place is clean, open and comfortable. The food is very good (for a family restaurant,) and the service is usually pretty good too. The management staff seems to be up on everything, and the buffets never have an empty container for very long.

The food choices are great. The people are very friendly.
I love the coffee.
