Hermann's Bakery has been around for many years and we wish people would quit starting rumors that we have closed down becasue it's just not true, Mr. Hermann does not plan on going anywhere for some time. Business is great and we have our booth at the Royal Oak Farmers Market on Sat.& Sun. which does just as good! We are proud of our product that we sell and plan to carry on! Thank You

I came into this place lusting for a pasty; the lady behind the counter pissed all over my dream and said they might have some tomorrow; then sold me on a chicken salad sandwhich, which I ate in my car freezing to death, The chicken salad was weird with grapes in it.

We order all of our holiday bread from Hermanns and have for years. We make our stuffing out of their regular white bread, we order homestyle white and cracked wheat for sandwiches after dinner, and we order butterflake rolls to have with dinner. And of course when I go in to order and pick up I can't help from buying a pastry. Oh and they have really good Paczki too. They have great customer service!

This is the best bakery in Royal Oak. Quaint setting on Main Street in downtown Royal Oak. Fresh donuts, pastries, pies, cakes, & other baked goods along with fresh coffee every morning. Prices are the best of all the local bakeries. Service is fast & friendly. Highly recommend this shop.
