Exceptionally Clean & Friendly Hotel1st stay ever in a Hampton on 10/2/09, and I was really surprised at how clean the room and common areas were. I mean, I couldn't get over it. Many Hiltons aren't THIS clean. They DO have a swimming POOL, so I don't know where the previous reviewer really stayed...how can you miss the pool when it's located off from the lobby, by ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Not bad for small town lodgingWell, it's not The Four Seasons, but for small town lodging in a relatively economically depressed rust-belt town in upstate NY, actually not bad at all. Room was clean; everything worked, nice bath/shower and quiet. Found the hotel employees to be friendly. I would stay there again.OVERALL

Horrible Customer ServiceIt's a shame because this is a very nice looking hotel, however the customer service leaves little to be desired.
My husband and I stayed a night in February 07. When we arrived it was snowing and had a hard time finding a parking space. We later went to an event and did not return until late.
