Not bad for small town lodgingWell, it's not The Four Seasons, but for small town lodging in a relatively economically depressed rust-belt town in upstate NY, actually not bad at all. Room was clean; everything worked, nice bath/shower and quiet. Found the hotel employees to be friendly. I would stay there again.OVERALL

Too Expensive!!!!The place looked nice. No pool or work out room for the high price. Went down town. Found a nicer motel for much less. Check them out downtown and save some $$$$2 of 2 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulOVERALL

Horrible Customer ServiceIt's a shame because this is a very nice looking hotel, however the customer service leaves little to be desired.
