If you live downtown or Broad Ripple and you're a follower then Yat's is for you. Mediocre Creole offerings driven by hype. The truth? Yat's is an economical, good place to dine if you're on a budget and tired of the Subways, etc., that dot nearly every corner downtown. But to die for, as most followers insist? No. It's no ...

    Great cajun food!!!
I don't think you will find a coupon or advertisment on this place. It's all word of mouth. I have to say this place gets high marks from for food, service, and price.

OMG I love this restaurant!! I was introduced to this great food around 2002 by brother, and I was hooked on the first bite. Even though I no longer live in Indy because I joined the army 7 years ago, When I go home on leave I make sure I stop there at least twice before I go back to my home station. My favorite dish is the Chili Cheese Etoffee. ...

They have the best cajun food you will likely find anywhere up north. Everything is a stew over rice, and the menu changes daily. Luckily they post the menu online, so you can check it out before you go. My personal favorites are the Jambalaya, B & B, Ropa Veija, Chili Cheese Etoufee, or the White Chili. So at least one of those ought to be ...

Not a bad dish in the restaurant. The food is wonderful, the service quick, and everything's very reasonably priced. I'm a Houston native, and it's a welcome taste from the bayous near home.

  • The Big Easy, Indy-style

Great food! Savory cajun-style sauces with hearty meat, seafood and veggies covering a plate of rice. Neighborhood atmosphere with Mardi Gras theme. Fast service. Always a pleasure. Love the chili cheese etouffee. Not crazy about the gumbo (surprisingly) but I think it might have been burnt when I tried it. Might try it again to make sure.
