I lived in Dayton for 14 years. I moved from Upstate NY and this was the best Pizza that I found. Now it is one of the things I miss.

Being a NYC/NJ native I can say my day was made when I came across this little pizzeria in the heart of downtown dayton. The pizza is true NYC style, the calzones rock, and the service comes with a small taste of true NYC attitude. If you desire a great slice of pizza this is the place for you.

I have been eating Flying Pizza since I was around 8 years old. It is, without a doubt, the most authentic NYC style pizzeria in the Dayton area. They don't call it "Flying Pizza " for nothing. This Dayton Icon has been the closest thing to new York Pizza, unless you go to the five burroughs themselves!

Hands down, the best Pizzeria in Dayton! I've been eating there since the 70's and Tony has never once forgotten me! I ate there every Friday during high school (went to Patterson Co-Op) which was right down the street, and now that I work downtown I go at least once a month.
