will never go backcheck in is at 4:00and rooms were not ready at 7:30 pm. for the money you spend to stay there,the staff could have done a better job at being prepared.waited at check in at least 7 times only to be disapointed.finally just cancelled my reservation and went home.OVERALL

Very Thoughtfully DoneFort Rapids was a great experience for our family! This was an older hotel that was remodeled and expanded to add gorgeous villa rooms and the indoor waterpark. We had a great time at the waterpark -- there was something for all of my kids 2, 5, and 9. We had to drag them away! The room was nice too - theming was great.
