The only minus would be noise from freeway and trains, but nothing else. Very friendly staff, very clean, easy to work with, 8 miles to good shopping, golf very close (1/2 mile). Sites are very adequate with pea gravel to keep from dragging dirt in. Restroom facilities are spotless as is pool and hot tub. Stayed in 32 ft motor home with tow dolly.
