Everything was Beautiful, inside and out. Yes! Elevators can take a while. Especially on and around a Holiday. Been coming here for the past 5-6 years, enjoyed everytime. The Phoenix, however, is a bit pricey - best to stay sometime during off season. We take advantage of the specials - Stay 3 nights, get the 4th free. (October)

Too much noise. Rooms were nice, matress was broken down on one side and two much music from the night club in front of the hotel. This seem to be a party place.
A fight broke out in the room next to us and we left.

this was the first time i stayed at this location and I loved it. The views were great & it was so close to everything. Yes, one eleavator was broke while I was there but it didn't spoil my vacation. (Actually the other elevator was repaired the same day but no one knew it was fixed so we used that elevator and didn't have any problems.) I am planning another trip after labor day and plan on staying there again.

Right on the beach. You cannot ask for more. rooms are spacious and very comfortable.The service we recieved was excellent. Only down side is there no shop to buy any items.

Location was great. Nice 1 bedroom condo. Covered parking. BUT...1 of 2 slow elevators broken most of stay. Wait was 15/20 minutes. Told at check-in to start checking out hours early to get an elevator. Office on 3rd floor and parking on 1 and 2, beach on 1, so constant use of elevators. Totally inadequate. Pool was a joke. People coming up ...

We stay here every time we take a trip to the Gulf. The hotel is always spotless, and the view is breathtaking. We've never had a problem with anything, and we've been there a number of times over the past several years.

O man, When we walked in, we were just astonished ! It was so Clean and Beautiful !I cannot say that I was disapointed with anything ! I will always take my vacations there !!!! Atmore Al.

Staff was very nice and helpful.
We were there the week of the 4TH and everything was great. The girls in the office were just wonderful and so friendly.
The only complaint-- The elevators were soooo
slow.

this place was very clean... the service was great... And it was on right along the beachside and very close to everythong else food, shops, water parks ect.
