Expensive for what you getNice and clean. Nice people staying there. No activities except for a pot luck now and then coffee/donuts on Sat. There is no pool, no spa, no cable T.V. via digital you get 3 maybe 4 stations. It is close to the beach, however there is alot of road noise. Expensive for what you get ($55. per night). Bad OwnerThe owner of this park is Ted Smith. Remember when you move in and are expecting to spend years at this park that will not happen. If Ted Smith wants the space he will have you thrown out. We waited 6 months to get in this park because it was close to the BUDS base. We have spent less then 3 months here and we were asked to leave. We are out in ...2 of 2 Yahoo!
