This is a small park. It is clean and well managed. We tried staying in or around Santa Fe but refused to spend their high prices. This park is very affordable and has free wi-fi. This is the best deal around.

We decided to stay at Cottonwood because it was located between many different places of interest. We had a wonderful stay. The park is located in a very scenic area with beautiful views. The service was friendly and the park was very clean. The park is off the highway. It was quiet and very safe (rustic feeling). Will be staying again next year.

We noticed that we were having brake troubles outside of Santa Fe. We just so happened to see their RV Park sign and pulled in. The owners made room for us(during a very busy time) and allowed us to stay as long as we needed. We enjoyed our stay in Espanola. The town is beautiful and the food in town is fabulous. The park was very clean and very affordable. We felt very safe and we will return next year.

Park was very quiet and the service was friendly. The facilities are new and clean. Parked our 42'for two week stay. Plenty to do in the area. Price was $22 with discount and Internet was free near office. Can't wait to visit area again.
