    A Bella Vista is a lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood, conveniently located close to I-80. The rates are very reasonable -- it was less expensive to stay here than in one of the cookie-cutter national-chain hotels in the area, and you get so much more for your money!   • Very nice place to stay in Iowa City

    Bella Vista Place is a wonderful house, 10 minutes walking from the center of the town and 20 minutes from the hospital and the Hwakies Stadium. You can always pick up a bus, which is very easy and confortable. Mrs Daisy Owen treats her guests as family and she is a great person! I was in Bella Vista Place in Iowa for 3 weeks and I felt almost at home! Thank you!
