DO NOT STAY HERE!!!I CHECKED IN AT 3:45PM PM THE 13TH OF SEPT. I THEN LEFT TO GO TO A CONVENTION IN TOWN. WHEN I GOT BACK I HAD ENOUGH TIME TO GET SUM WHAT SETTLED DOWN. I SAT DOWN AND INSTANTLY HEARD SCREAMING AND YELLIN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR. I AM A 25 YR OLD FEMALE BY MYSELF IN A STRANGE TOWN, I DECIDED THE ROOM WASN'T THE PLACE FOR ME TO BE. DO NOT stay hereI made reservations at this hotel a week before our trip. My husband and I got there and they had no reservations for us in the computer. We could not understand what they were saying, as they are not American and don't speak English very well. They would not accept our credit card payment, we had to pay cash. Big Chewy Likes Big TenNice little affordable overnighter. Stayed here many times over the years when I had appointments at UIHC. Staff is friendly, the place is very clean and upkept. Lacks some of the nuances of the newer places like digital key cards. Other than that it is a really nice place to stay. They also have two or three wireless internet conntctions.
