    I have stayed here many times in my visits to Wilmington. The location is perfect. It's alot of fun to people watch right from your balcony.

    this place is great.. they just reopened after remodeling and the rooms are awesome.. they even have 42" plasma tv's!!! but the best is the views aof the harbor from the balcony... super clean rooms, and walking distance to everything at wb... I also couldn't believe the value of the room rates.. we now have a 2nd home!!!
