We generally love this little motel, however this time I must say, the beds left MUCH to be desired! Please, it's time to replace them, they have seen better days. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, the room was clean, and the staff very helpful. We stayed July12-18, 2009.

Well, if they had actually answered their phone for me to make a reservation for my family, I would have known what it was like to stay there. I feel it is very unprofessional to run a business like this. I called 12 different times, back to back...then waited & called back 10 more times...NO ANSWER! Simply ridiculous...we took our money & vacation eslewhere!

My husband, daughter and I love this motel. It's clean, they have a very nice staff of people. It well located (especially if you like to shop) and its reasonably priced. I'm hoping to visit again this April.

We've been going to Blue Heron for 10 years now. We've tried others when we couldn't get a reservation there, but none compare with the ocean views, the beach, the indoors pool and whirlpool. Love the efficiency rooms too! Walking distance to several restaurants etc. We find it fits our needs perfectly. And now this year, they've made it non smoking..what's not to like?

The Blue Heron Motel -- it was the "motel" part that scared me. My wife and I went for Memorial Day -- just hitting peak season rates. $133 for a King bed room, with fridge AND microwave was worth it though.
