For a restaurant in the expensive category, the food is average. If you want a feast for the palate, try Daveed's or Boco. Either of these will send you into orbit. The romantic ambiance is also better at these restaurants. The Celestial is located on the first floor of an apartment building and caters to an older crowd. It's better suited for a business dinner.OVERALL

My boyfriend's family had his college graduation dinner there.
It was by far the best meal I have ever had. Very Romantic atmosphere. The staff did everything they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Lobster Bisque soup was to die for as well as the Celestial style green beans. This is a must do if you're the Cincinnati area.OVERALL

The view was great as always. Food was not up to expectations for an expensive place like this. Soup was somewhat bland. The waiter talked me into a sauce for my steak which it didn't need and in fact overwhelmed it. He also forgot to bring the glass of wine my wife ordered, remembering after we had finished. We were there on a Tuesday night, but that shouldn't affect the dining experience. Black napkins were not available.OVERALL
