What is with that food? The burger was frozen patty. The childs burger was on a white generic bun. French Fries were the pits. It was just below applebee's. This place has a hugh name. And awful food. Big price. Service was bad. Had a chicken club. I could have stayed home and made my own. It was like 8.99 at lunch. I will never be back.

We love to stop at the hardrock whenever we are in Cleveland. We've always had great service and the shakes are awsome! It's fun to look around at the memorabilia and watch music videos too!

This place is definitely about the atmosphere-it's fun to come in a large group. Great Music, fun staff, good food. I recommend the seafood salad
