this place is EXCELLENT! I have been here a few times and each time it is sooo good.
I have also been to Ethiopian restaurants in NYC and DC, and they fall short of Empress Taytu. If you want authentic, delicious, reasonably priced Ethiopian food, this may be the best restaurant to go to on the East Coast.OVERALL -
Great food, great atmosphereThis is one of my favorite restaurants in Cleveland. I love the traditional seating especially!! Interesting...Glad I went!Quite an interesting stop on my gastronomic tour of the world! No utensils....you eat with a flatbread that's soft, spongy - fun to play with, but little taste. Food was quite good, I just couldn't eat everything with the bread - it was too strange for me! So...hands it was!
