I have gone to Mohawk many times. The service is good and the food is great! The prices are good and a nice selection of beer. There are also many vegitarian options. Highly recommend.

I was on a business trip by myself on my 40th Birthday this year. I wanted authentic brat with a great atmosphere. This place was recommended to me by locals and it awesome. The food was amazing - I even took a picture of it to send to my family at home so they were jealous & not feeling sorry for me. The service was first-rate (and I travel A LOT so I have a big range of experience). Definately recommend this place!

food was ok ,mother mohawk is awsome. The art available for sale off the wall is always great.Rusty metal lamps and photograghy or paintings are always interesting. The night time servers are far superior to the day so I usually go at night. The beer selection is great, local beers on draft.

Getting worse all the time

I have to say the Mohawk is suffering a pretty steady decline in the quality of their menu and their service. This evening our dishes reached us cold and our server's disappearing act kept us from doing much about it. To add insult to injury, we were served the tiniest, most mangled slice of cake I have ever seen in a restaurant setting. Certainly not a good experience and very far from a good value.
Every thing was top shelf as usual. This place is a ten in my eyes. The only way you would not get what you want is because you did not ask.Never a bad experience in many years of going there!!!
While at Red, White, and Boom, we had a slight weather delay, so we decided to eat at the Mohawk. We were glad we did! The Crustless Pizza, was awesome. After dinner, the rain had dissipated, so we headed back downtown for a full evening of fun and fireworks. Thanks for adding to our enjoyable evening!
you gotta have the Mother Mohawk! the food is great, good daily specials, and excellent beer selection.
the Old Mohawk is right in the heart of German Village, with plenty of history, from Al Capone running hooch through the basement to a brothel upstairs!
I try to hit it about once every other week, did i mention the great beer selection???
great breakfasts on the weekend too!
