The food is great and has a lot of variety, especially for vegetarians. Most Chinese food restaurants I've been to in Kentucky have had crab meat in almost every dish so New China is a nice change. Try not to go after lunch unless it's a weekend, they let the food get cold if they're not busy. It's great when they are busy though. :)

I love NEW CHINA BUFFET!!! I have been a vegetarian for almost 6 months and at the 6 month marks i am not goin to be a vegetarian cuz i am goin to eat there and stuff my face with all the meat i can eat cuz i havent had meat in 6 months that is a long time trust me i know!!! but i cant wait till May 6 cuz that is when i am goin it is goin to rock!! I agree that New China has the best Chinese buffet! But try House of Canton on Parrish for a terrific plate meal.

This is the best Chinese Restaurant in Owensboro! The food is great with a huge variety of items. You will most likely find it full of guests! Sometimes the service can be a little slow but no where near the point of unbearable!!

I love the food here...for American Chinese it is very good, and if you go at lunch time it is very reasonable. The buffet is great. I highly recommend it.
