Chef Scott is what you hope to find in a restaraunt owner. The sushi is great and I love the noodle house. You have to know that in Ocean Springs most restaraunts fail because the owners leave their businesses in the hands of teenagers who either don't know enough or don't care enough to take pride in someone elses dream. Chef Scott is very active in his restaraunts and it shows.

Chef Scott's is the all-time, hands-down BEST! You have to BYOB if you want wine or alcohol. We eat sushi at least twice a week, at LEAST and I would drive the 40 miles to and from Chef Scott's to eat it EVERY time if I could!! The BIRTHDAY CAKE roll is unbelievable!!!!! a little sweet, a little fried, a little salty, it's EVERYTHING. And the rolls are bite size so you can get the whole bite at once and get the FULL EFFECT.

Went to Chef Scott's for the first time last weekend. I have to say that it was the best sushi ever. Prices are good also. I will be a regular!

The best sushi on the gulf coast no doubt all the rolls are great for anyone who has not tried sushi before!! ive been eating there since they opened and its been a great experience every time!!
