Haven't been there in a while for a good reason. Every dish I've ever tried has WAY too much cumino....it's in everything.

Really disappointed in On the Border on Poplar. It use to be clean, well run and tasty. My last 3 visits The dining room and bathroom were dirty, my server was bothered by having to wait on me and the fish tacos that use to be great were awful. We won't go back

I always pick the choose three and get empanadas and chips be soooooooooo fresh! I love it!!!!

On The Boarder Mexican Grill on Winchester Is Excellent! Food and drinks are great, prices arent bad either, the service is great and the employees are friendly. Highly recommend if you are ever in this area try it out you wont be disappointed.

The Winchester location is the On the Border I recently visited for lunch with a friend. The restaurant has a pleasant decor, and the wait staff are friendly. The complimentary fresh tortilla chips and salsa are tasty. The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. We had frozen margaritas - yummy! Overall, a great place to enjoy good food with friends.

Mike and I really like On The Border, to us it's the only true Tex Mex in Memphis area. We love the Empanadas!! and the tamales are great to. Overall a great Tex-Mex experience in our opinion.

They have great chimichangas. The service is good. The chips and dip are good enough to get full off of alone.

The service at thos place was slow. The food was ok.
