I contracted Corky's to cater to another venue while in Memphis. The venue was HORRIBLE! BUT Corky's was FANTASTIC!!!!

Their servers had everything set up on the buffet and serving everyone within 5 minutes. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious!

The servers were friendly, fast, and gracious. If you need to have your event catered in the Memphis area go with Corky's you won't be disappointed!!!

Very Good! We were in Memphis this past weekend, we went to Corky's on Saturday night, so of course it was very busy! The wait was a little long but definietly worth it! Even though the resturant was packed...we received our food very quickly! Definitely recommend!!!

Took the family there last night (tues ) very busy, small parking lot, but got right in at 5:30 pm. Dry ribs were very good,wife liked the wet. Service was quick but medeiocre. we left full and satisfied.

The desserts here far surpass their BBQ! It is a well talked about restaurant and has great service with a staff that is loyal to Corky's! Small and quaint inside, you might be better off just buying a bottle of their BBQ sauce to take home. If you are going to try Memphis style BBQ there might be better restaurants for you to try!

My sister and I were stopping overnight in Memphis on our way from NC to Texas, so we knew we had to try Memphis BBQ. I think we made the WRONG choice in going to Corky's. The ribs were dry and overcooked, and the tamales were TERRIBLE! The best parts were the sweet tea, coleslaw, bread and wetnaps. It wasn't the worst meal we've ever had, but I'd never pay for that again!

Not impressed. Portions are small and service is average. Ribs were not great but ok.
