I think the environment is cool and because it's a favorite of Memphis you could go for the experience however I personally was not impressed with the food. It was good but not great. I've had better bbq, the dry rub ribs are just that...very dry (too dry) and not as flavorful as I think they should be. I'm not sure why people are so ...

Every time I go it gets better...Nothing should be this good!

The service was good, but the food was bad. Dry rub is fine, but the meat (ribs and brisket) were dry and tastless.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

the people that work there have a attitude, it was like they think they were doing you a favor . we did not eat there we left when the waiter hollered at us . we decided he was not give him my hard earned money. hope a lot of people read this .oh yeah memphis is not a place to visit unless you are a drinker and can over look the attitude of the people work in that part of town

My family had a blast. We had godd fortune to meet Pat Donohue who sent over some amazing appetizers for us to try and also sent us home with a bag of goodies! Ribs are highly seasoned with excellent char and the sauces are awesome. Great Memphis hospitality.

This place is not so much a favorite of the locals... at least none of my friends! There are many better locales to sample real Memphis Q.

Fantastic...not sure what some of these fools are talking about. Service was great...Thanks Robert Jr., food was really great. Wonderful experience. Six people at our table and not one complaint...everyone loved it. I've been wanting to go for years and it didn't disappoint.

The BAR B QUE shop on Madison is better! Rendezvous is good but it is alot of hype.
