I ate at several BBQ places during my trip to Memphis and Interstate has by far the best food. Memphis is full of great BBQ but nothing compares to Interstate. It is off the beaten path a little but is definitely worth the drive.

Interstate does good bar-b-que... don't expect fancy service, just good Que. There's a location on State Line Road in Southaven too.

Hands down the best BBQ in Memphis. If you want to try true Memphis style BBQ this is the place. Great food, good service, and cheap prices!
