Duff's is a great place to eat the people are friendly the food is good,if you like buffets you will like Duff's Smorgasbord is Pigeon Forge, TN.

If you were disappointed by the food at a buffet restaurant, you have only yourself to blame. There is not a buffet in the country that is worthy of a restaurant review and the sanitary conditions in every one of them are deplorable.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

My husband and I stopped at Duff's on March 21, 2009. It was late, we were tired, it wasn't crowded so we decided to stop. HUGE MISTAKE!!! If we had looked at the buffet before we payed at the door we would have went elsewhere. Usally the waitress takes your plate between trips to buffet. Not ours, ...

We ate there in the past years and it was good mostly when there was one in Lexington ,Ohio....the last time we ate at this one it was our last!! the food isn't that good and tasted like it had been sitting out all day...even breakfast isn't good we had to try both buffets.... the price is high for the quality of the food.

I had eaten at this restaurant many years ago and had been very happy, but as some of the other reviews said it had really gone down hill.

We have been traveling to Pigeon Forge for years and finally decided to try Duff's! They advertise over 70 items on their buffet. Well I bet they only had 20 items on their buffet including their salad bar items! The food was very bland and poor tasting! The service was great! It was a total waste of money! We will never go back there!!!

From years past Duff's has always been the end all buffett in Pigeon Forge. But the years have not be good to the Duff's name. No matter if it was a change of ownership or management , the quality have gone downhill like a freight train. The Price has pretty much maintained the same but the food taste like to came out of a can. So safe your self a big " I Told You So" and don't even stop !
