The food has always been fine compared to other Sonic restaurants, the staff is generally friendly, and I've never had any problems here. Not a 5 star establishment, but will still get my business from time to time.

Got sick on more than one occasion after eating there from the food. Why I went back after getting sick is beyond me but oh well.
