    three strikes and they're out! New resident to ashland city. 1st and 2nd time ordered were both late and cold, and I live 4 miles away. This third time was the kicker. Got my online confirmation at 6:35, got my pizza an HOUR AND 35 minutes later, COLD, and MADE WRONG. Seriously, how can it be that difficult? We called to talk to "assistant ...

    Unusually acceptable for a chain. They're fast and inexpensive, and the staff is somewhat friendly. Pizzas are usually fresh and hot.
