Not impressed and will probably not eat there again. I've had better at Red Lobster. Shrimp under done, twice, sides were served at room temp, there was more batter on the fried fish than fish, and to top it they got our ticket mixed up with another table. Really not impressed

Long wait for just okay food, manager speaks broken english and not very friendly. The first person you see when you walk in and he acts like he is doing you a favor by being there. They should have people who speak better english and are more friendly to work in front of the restaurant. Server Stephen was very strange, not a top of the line ...

My husband and I visited here with our kids. Glasses stayed empty, food was ok at best. I guess I grew up in Mississippi and I know what real food is suppose to taste like. Not impressed at all!
If they get this stuff fresh from the Gulf, Then I'd prefer frozen!

THE ORIGINAL OYSTER HOUSE IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN GULF SHORES!!!I WENT THERE FOR A SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT AND MY TEAM ATE THERE EVERY1 OF US LOVED EVEN THE 1'S WHO DONT EVEN LIKE SEAFOOD!!IT WAS SO GREAT!!GREAT SALAD BAR,ANY SEAFOOD U LOVE AND ARE CRAVING I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!

Fabulous food and service! It was the best meal we had our whole trip. Went for lunch to bypass the crowd, no wait and the benefit of lunch specials. Definately check it out!

It was honestly just ok. Broiled seafood was soggy, stuffed shrimp was awful, salad bar was small. Baked potato was the best part. Overpriced, overall disappointed.

Not only is the food very good, but the atmosphere is the best that we saw.

I eat here every time my wife and I visit Gulfshores. The food is outstanding and the oysters are so delicious. I would almost drive the 250 mile trip just to eat there. Whatever you do, make an effort to eat here. Well worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
