My family & I found the Shrimp Basket when we started our annual summer vacations in Gulf Shores several years ago. We eat there at least once during our trip, usually on a Sunday or Wednesday when they have all you can eat shrimp!! We've eaten at the Gulf Shores location once & the Foley location the most. Both have good food & good service. It's on our Must Do List whenever we're in the area.

The Shrimp Basket has the best shrimp!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I LOVE The Shrimp Basket! The atmosphere, the food, a VERY decent margarita for the price, great t-shirts(own two)--I can't wait to go there this coming week! Just sit back and relax, indoors or out.
Can eat outside and enjoy the Gulf Shores atmosphere....great fried oysters, soft shell crabs, beer and MUCH more!!!!!!

Nothing Special

There is nothing special about the seafood here. Not to say that it is bad - it just tastes exactly the same as it does anywhere else. The food is served in plastic baskets, again, nothing special. And the food is over-priced.
