Premium location and staffWe traveled throughout the country with two kids and this was by far the best hotel. It's got a great feel, plenty of space downstairs for kids to hang out, and our room and bathroom was quite large, easily accommodating 4 people. It's about 3 blocks away from a very nice lake and all the shopping and such starts on their street. ...3 of 3 Yahoo! Really good!Family and I are here now, leaving tonight for home. Would just like to say thanks to the staff for all their help. Lovely hotel!Service with Personal Touch! The staff and the owners(Hieu and Ginger) of this hotel had made my stay in Hanoi rather hussle-free, and willingly running some errands for me (eg, book tickets for the puppet shown)at no extra cost). My room is at the back of the hotel, away from the street. Although there is no view for my room 504(think the bigger ...5 of 5 Yahoo! your home away from homeMy girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel in the earlier half of this month, and all I can say was that it was probably the best hotel I stayed in on our 2-week trip. They helped us out with our bookings for a Ha Long Bay tour and flights on to Hue and Saigon - we may have paid a bit on the higher side for both these things, but it balanced out in ...7 of 7 Yahoo! A haven in hanoiI spent two days here and all I can say is wow!
