Almost caught pneumonia with 100% humidity in the room since there was no heating in the middle of winter!!
Had to sleep with my clothes on and as for the stuff... simple they didn't care at all. It should be noted that we did tell them twice and also asked for an extra blanket that never came!
Why do someone needs the flat tv when the basics are missing!

We stayed at the Le Real de Luxe B&B and thought it was a terrific hotel. Your idea of luxury and mine could be very different,
but it is very difficult find jacuzzi flat screen tv, led lights, platinum mosaics,chandeliers from Venice..all in a room of a standard Hotel

It was very nice, friendly, clean, luxurious, I will have it mind whenever I go back. Thanks to the staff and especially Tania we discovered the two best places to eat in Rome!
The hotel has only one "disadvantage", the location near Termini Station, which is kind strange at night... But no big problems, just avoid Termini station late at night.

Otherwise the Hotel is perfect!
