Great StaffI love the place! The property was very well kept. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk always had a smile on there faces, the housekeeping does a wonderful job on the rooms as well, The short blonde hair lady was kind of ditzy but she was a riot. pleasantly suprised!luved the pool and hot tub! perfect temp...also can not beat the location! only 20 minutes from Galena but well worth coz u save alot of money! many restaurants in the area...4 houlihan's, you don't even have to leave the building! the reception people were sooo friendly, i needed a sewing kit and they just gave me one instead of making me ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Best hotel ever!I've been to almost every hotel in Las Vegas, from the very best to the excellent ones. Your hotel made me feel so good from the moment I walked in, to the servic desk, to the actual room! Thats's why I am coming back to you and not going to Las Vegas.

wowFrom the momenet we arrived we had everything just as wonderful as we could have imagined!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were nicer than we thought they may have been. We are coming back to this hotel!!!Everything from making a reservation through our last moment was great! I loved how quick check in was. It took maybe 3 to 4 minutes. This is important to me due to scheduling. I want to relax as soon as I get there ~ and I was able too. The room looked and felt welcoming; something that I wanted to stay in.
