I also had a problem with my balcony door, maybe me and one of the reviewer were in a same room. Anyway, they replied me quick when I called them about it and sent a technician to fix it. I was happy about that.

I stayed in this hotel in March of 07. The staff were friendly, but the Ghion is much better and a lot cheaper. I would stay again only if the Ghion is full.

Unfortunatly I had a problem with my balcony door I informed them from first day, and also following 2 days but nothing happened even thought I could have been robbed easly as I was in the first floor.

Secondly I planned to pay my bills with my american express but could not as the communication between Addis and Nairobi were not that good,soo ...
