I made a reservation, the price that I was quoted on the phone was not the price I paid!!! Our room was freezing. I called about the heat. There was none!!! The bathroom shower had mold growing all over the shower walls and shower curtain. There was hair on the tub floor. Unable to use shower. When confronting owner too bad don't give refunds. ok so clean the bathroom and fix heat. no, not a maid. NEVER
