Ended up not staying here. I understand late notice cancellation policies, but when I had to cancel on the day of our reservation due to illness, I was told that yes, I could still use the gift certificate at a later date. When I tried to reserve a room later, they didn't honor the gift certificate. The biggest disappointment was that they reversed what I was told on the phone. Will not patronize the business now.

The Inn is situated away from the lake but has high quality rooms and amenities. I wish we could say the same for the staff at the Inn. We had a horrible experience.
