They are really friendly and helpful and the location cannot be beat. Rooms are clean and having a fridge in the room is a plus.

I have stayed there about 6 times now. It is my hotel of choice when I am in LA, which is about 3 times a year. I tend to be picky about small stuff and this place is perfect for a great rate and the staff is great, which is always a plus. I tend to be a low maintainence guest in general but the place is clean, quiet, has a great central location. You will not be disappointed.

This hotel is run by the nicest people, who genuiely care about their guests as well as their reputation. It's not the Ritz or the Four Seasons, but if you want a nice place at a fair price that is close to West Hollywood, this is your place.
