So, I haven't actually eaten here during business hours, but a couple years ago I was traveling through, and couldn't find a place to eat because everything had already closed. I was peeking into the front window of Martha's Place and about to leave, when a man invited me inside (even though they had already closed for the night! All ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

I first ate at Martha's in 1996 while attending training at Maxwell. I've been back to Maxwell 6 times since then and always go to Martha's at least once during my stay in Alabama. It's a great place, nice owner :), good service, awesome southern cooking! You rock, Martha!!!OVERALL

My Martha's ExperienceThe food is wonderful. I'm really picky about my food, but, not at Martha's place. I trust the cooks and they really have my trust! The ambiance is excellent as it's quiet and relaxing. The service is ok, I guess it really depends on what time you eat there. Didn't Know What I Was MissingI have lived in Montgomery for a while and had never eaten food from Martha's Place. When I finally had a chance.....I was blown away! The food was excellent so I didn't mind going off the diet. I can't wait to eat from there again.OVERALL

Eat There Today!!!This place has it all...good food, nice staff, awesome customer service...and most importantly SUPER prices. It doesn't hurt that you get a good helping of food either. When you go to Martha's Place you get 1 entree, 2 vegetables, sweet tea or lemonade, plus dessert. You'll love this place if you love good food.OVERALL

Absolutely the best in Southern CookingIf you enjoy good old down home southern cooking, then don't miss any opportunity to dine with Martha. The atmosphere is homey, the food is seasoned just right, and there is always pleasant company. The price is right Too!OVERALL

Looking for that good old fashion soul food.This is one place I can not say enough about. At Martha's you can expect good service, friendly staff, and great food. This is one place where you can get great down home food that the south is known for. Mabe not as good as mamma's, but pretty darn close. A good place to have a lunch date, business meeting or dinner for one. Always a clean environment, and very pleasent.OVERALL
